2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The data we process are as follows:
1. Data communicated by the user. The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller’s contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of forms on the Data Controller’s website, entail the acquisition of your contact details, which are necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
2. Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, both personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, and personal data following your explicit consent.

The provision of data for the purposes of providing the services and information requested is necessary and therefore mandatory.
The provision of data for other purposes and therefore consent to the collection and processing of data is optional.

5. PROCESSING METHODS
The personal data collected is processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, as provided for in Article 5 of the GDPR, including with the aid of IT and telematic tools designed to store and manage the data, and in any case in such a way as to guarantee its security and protect the maximum confidentiality of the data subject.

7. CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS DATA AND TO WHOM DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
The data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge and/or authorized persons and/or system administrators, by Public Security Authorities or other public entities for purposes of defense, state security and the investigation of crimes, or to the Judicial Authorities in compliance with legal obligations, where there is suspicion of a crime, as well as by any external parties identified as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, whose updated list is always available to the Data Controller.
Your data will not be disclosed, except to comply with obligations under the law or regulations.
Your data may be transferred to third countries that have been recognized as adequate by a decision of the European Commission (Article 45 of EU Regulation 2016/679). To find out the list of third countries, you can contact the Data Controller.
8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Data Controller will process the data for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes:
• data processed for contact and/or information requests from you will be retained for the time strictly necessary and, in any case, for no longer than six (6) months from the last contact;
• data processed in relation to the contractual relationship will be stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for no longer than 10 years after the termination of the relationship;
• data processed on the basis of legitimate interest will be stored until the time indicated for each and, in any case, until the User objects.
In any case, if the frequency of use is less than six months, at least every six months you will be sent a communication to verify your current interest;
• data processed for marketing purposes will be stored for no longer than 2 years from collection;
• Data processed for the purpose of sending newsletters will be stored for no longer than 1 year from registration.
• Data collected through cookies will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that indicated in the extended privacy policy attached to this document.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of the processing concerning them or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
